URGENT REQUEST FOR PICTURES/IMAGES/FOOTAGE

Dear all,

In 2008, we completed our award winning film A Blue Hole in the Sky (see http://vimeo.com/35878778 for an impression) 
We need your help for our present film production Broken Silence, that deals with the cruel parallel between the genocide on Sinti and Roma during world war II and the present uprising hatred against Roma people.
We are looking for recent pictures and videos / new items that portray or show contemporary anti-Roma racism. No comments, just images. It can be everything, from mobile phone captured material, scanned newspaper headings to broadcast quality footage. If possible, we would like to know where and when the images were taken. Please send links or material to our emailaddress [e-mail].

Een paar tips om het zoeken te bespoedigen:

Fotografen: kijk onder Lukas Houdek (de rellen in Tsjechië), Elena Nazare, Ima Garmendia, Eric Roset en Nigel Dickinson

Filmers: Zuzana Brejcha, Andreas Kraus, Luca Bellino (de branden in Italië), Sami Mustafa (Kosovo!), Elena Nazare (Roemenië)

De laatste film van Katalin Barsony "Uprooted) over Kosovo vond ik ook erg aangrijpend.

Dit is verre van compleet, maar ik heb zoveel werk. Schiet me nog wat te binnen, dan laat ik het weten. Werk van bovenstaande mensen staat op de site.
