your proposed item a can be solved with a calendar that can use input from Google calendar. I did so for my Foundation: www.hcdf.nl tab agenda, where I linked all invitations in gypsyjazz and extended to me personnally in one place. Even made it available to the public. That way the organiser puts up a calendar item, is responsible for the info and those wanting to go somewhere can check it and do exactley that. Take a peek . . .

Perfectly that there is a place where gypsy musicians can go round.Of course we have different approaches to music.It is very well.But we have the same blood,and gypsy energy.
