Warm welcome on our site,
We are very happy you have joined us and we kindly ask you to assist us in de following groups: Translation Service, Coordination and Romani ch'ib. With hundreds of members from the entire world, it is inevitable that we sometimes have communication problems. The best shared language on this site is Romani ch'ib. Roma from Ukraine, Russia, Canada or Brazil communicate in spite existing dialects. But not everyone knows Romani ch'ib. It also happens that people know it quite well, but don't speak English. We don't have to translate all publications here. It will be great however that crucial information is available for all. This is extra important for artists and scholars, who want to join but first ask for information about our goals and methods.
We will be very grateful if you can lighten our work a bit!
Many thanks for joining!
Els
Nais tuke, Jonny!
I write to let know about plans for the Jubilee World Roma
Congress taking place in London next summer [1-5 August].
For the first time it will be possible for all members of our communities (over 16) to vote electronically in the elections in connect with this Congress - which aims to revive and maintain the principles of the lst World Roma Congress that took place in 1971.
May I enrol you as a Voter? More information will reach you by email. If you wish not to take part please email Romvote@gmail.com
