My motivation to participate on the GA of ERTF steams from:

  1. My professional experience and studies in the field of European Affairs, as a professor of Foreign languages, including English and Romani, of International Relations and European Integration  which enable me to empower other Romani activists and alumni  by contributing to capacity building of the association in order to be proud to advocate Romani interest,  to understand better  the European policies, mainstream Roma issue at European level able, to participate actively in association’s meetings, workshops, seminaries, draft policy papers and other documents with the purpose of fulfilling the vision and mission of the association; take the responsibility of organizing awareness raising campaigns, cultural events or any other type of events in connection with the mission of the association and other activities not mentioned yet.
  2.  My Romani origin and my experience as Romani activist at national and international level starting from 1990 within Roma Ethnic Federation, Rromani CRISS and European Commission motivate me to support, encourage and enhance active participation in decision making processes concerning Roma policies at local, regional, national and international level.
  3.  My experience as a coordinator of trainers enable me to sustain a network that reach, engage and serve its members and provide lifelong learning opportunities,
  4. My experience as a researcher enable me to nurture Roma pride, commitment and trust among alumni.by advancing at theoretic level from European civil society perspective, a proposal for a new project of integration by shifting from a paternalistic policy paradigm of “embedded neo-liberalism” towards a new and more enlightened policy paradigm towards Romani integration, in the frame of a comprehensive humane security concept in Europe and humane governance, from a feminine perspective, by adapting the emergent geo-governance to the realization of comprehensive cohesion and human rights.
