I think I am the only one--but I speak English and Latvian Romani (Lotfitka/Cxuny) and some Latvian, also Anglo-Romani. If needed I can help translate, though I know I never meet another Lotfitka yet!

Dear Qristina,

Thank you so much for joining this group! There are no Latvian members yet, but who knows... And you just cannot image how many difficulties we have in recruting important artists who do not understand the signing up procedure. Recently 7 individual artists or bands could not enter because of this. Of course we will organise help by translating the steps. Especially the profile is an obstacle. However, we need the obstacle to stop hooligans and fools, who sometimes also try to enter. That is a risk we cannot run. Therefore we need a more complicated system that sometimes also stops good people from entering. We will manage to help them, I am sure!

It is hard to have enough so the dilino people can't come, but yes that makes it hard to ... for the rest of us. I think once there is translation it will help a lot! :)

Hello Qristina,

Fascinating photos of yours!

Concerning the translations: I believe we need to explain the signing up procedure in certain languages and alphabets. But it will also help if members who manage these languages and alphabets start inviting artists. Everybody on this site has the right and freedom to invite colleagues. Let's work both ways. I will soon broadcast an e-mail to everybody with the most recent updates and also a request to help those artists who want to join but fail. Very often because they forget the profile.

I believe we can solve this!

Will we get a text with the steps necessary to sign up, which we then could translate? It then will be a kind of standardized and we can do it in the different languages but will have all the same content. I think this would be very helpfull to the interested people.
