Novy Bydžov is a small town of 7000 some 100 km east of Prague. It's mayor, Mr.Pavel Louda, has decided to combat so-called gypsy problem after alleged rape has been committed by member of their Roma community. He has put up a declaration, titled "Gypsies have raped; the city is preparing specific measures." on official town's website. As you might know, the Main Board is the responsible body within the new foundation. The Daily Board is focusing on important issues like culture, media, language and IRADL. Also Daily Board members can represent Main Board members in contacts with media and others. Hopefully you will join.
